Course Description

Scrum is a framework that uses cross-functional teams to deliver products or services in short cycles. These "increments" allow for continuous improvement, quick incorporation of user feedback, and rapid delivery. This workshop will prepare you to become a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)®. It also fulfills the requirement for a two-day CSPO training class taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer ®.
