This course will introduce you to the concept of design thinking. Design thinking provides a framework for innovation and allows innovators to work together to agree on the key elements that will lead to success. What is the process of innovation? This course will examine the types of innovation (sustaining and disruptive, incremental, radical and incremental), as well as who and how innovation happens. Learn how to manage innovation and overcome resistance.
