Next, you will learn how to create probabilistic estimates with Statistical PERT. Finally, you will learn how Statistical PERT models product and project uncertainties using the normal probability curve. After completing this course, you will not only be able to use Statistical PERT confidently to estimate your product uncertainties but also how to modify Statistical PERT in order to make better forecasts for the future.
