Course Description

This course, Exploring Iterating Products Experiences, will teach you how to identify, prioritize and plan for improvements to existing products. You'll first examine qualitative and quantitative data gathered from customers, stakeholders, and product metrics. The next step is to identify where the product falls short of business objectives and KPIs, and then determine which outcomes you can positively impact. You'll also learn how to prioritize data themes and test them in new roadmap items. You'll be able to confidently and effectively iterate existing products once you have completed this course.
