Course Description

Teach your students how you can make animations and short films.

This course will show you how to use basic filmmaking and animation techniques to assist assessment and attainment across the curriculum.

You'll see how film and animation can be used to encourage active learning and allow pupils to make strong connections with all areas of the curriculum.

Use filmmaking frameworks with your students

Along with filmmaking experts, you'll learn how make short films and animations using progression and evaluation throughout the filmmaking process.

You'll learn how to create filmmaking briefs that are curriculum-focused and get advice on running educational and fun filmmaking projects.

Teach filmmaking anywhere

The course will not only help you explore activities that can be used back in the classroom but also teach you how to use online strategies to deliver filmmaking and animation activities remotely to support teaching during times when remote learning is possible.
