Course Description

This four-week international course explores the possibility of global cooperation despite cultural, institutional, and environmental differences. It delves into the question of whether ideological conflicts pose a threat to international cooperation and challenges participants to examine their beliefs about clashing civilizations. The course emphasizes the importance of negotiation and finding compromises in a world with diverse cultures. It highlights the need for strengthening cross-cultural communication and creating bridges in the era of globalization.

The talk also explores conflicting ideologies and cultural distinctions, as well as the influence of tradition and modernity on these discussions. It recognizes that our society today is different from 1925 and examines how international alliances have developed over time. Participants will gain insight into the future challenges we face and how we can overcome them.

This course is offered by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), Europe's largest network organization in the field of management development. Before signing up, interested individuals can preview some of the course content.
