Course Description

You might choose to eat vegan for ethical reasons, your health, or just to add more vegan food into your daily life.

This course is four weeks long and will teach you how to eat healthy vegan food.

Learn how to identify and cook delicious vegan meals.

You will learn the differences between veganism and other popular diets, such as vegetarianism and plant-based diets. Then you will explore the reasons one might opt to eat vegan.

Learn the fundamental concepts of a healthy diet, and what vegan foods can provide daily nutrition.

Learn how to alter meals while maintaining flavor and the roles of micronutrients and macronutrients in a vegan diet.

The course will teach you how to avoid common mistakes in vegan cooking, how to stock your kitchen with staples and new recipes that you can share with friends.

You'll learn from BBC Good Food experts and will finish the course with a one week vegan meal plan.
