It includes understanding internal motivations and implementing strategies to prevent, coordinate, and manage resistance to change. Strategies that support people and facilitate communication during innovation and change are possible. How you are assessed: You will need to write a 500-word reflective essay about a recent change experience. You can either choose a program or experience you have led, or one you have been a part of.
