Course Description

Data visualization is an integral part of data analysis. This course will teach you how to use rbokeh, which is a web-based visualization tool that allows interactive plots. You will learn how layers and other options can be used in rbokeh for powerful visualizations that communicate your message and highlight your ideas. We will focus on two important components of data visualization: how do we wrangle the data in the right format, and how to use the visualization tools and charts available from rbokeh.

What You Will Learn

Learn rbokeh, a visualization library for interactive web-based plots

You will learn how to use rbokeh layers and options to create effective visualizations that carry your message and emphasize your ideas

You will learn how to specify data and arguments to create the desired plot and how to combine multiple layers in one figure

You will see how aesthetic attributes such as color, transparancy and shape can serve a purpose and add more info to your visualizations

You will also see how to combine normal layers with regression lines
