Examination and Methodology

Five competencies are divided into the program that are essential for Six Sigma professionals to use in contemporary and future times. Master Black Belts are trained to be mentor green belts and black belt professionals. These are the five competencies mentioned above:

Advanced Statistics for Six Sigma ‰ÛÒ 8 Credits

Data Analytics with R - 8 Credits

Lean Practitioner - 8 Credits

Design Thinking - 24 Credits

Robotic Process Automation ‰ÛÒ 32 Credits

These competencies provide a wide range of skills, including data analysis (Advanced Statistics & Data Analytics with R), waste reduction and process automation (Robotic Processing Automation) as well as creating innovative solutions (Design Thinking Approach). To be eligible for Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, learners must earn 70 credits and pass each training. The ability to exempt a competency is determined by either previous completion or professional experience.
