Course Description

Web/front-end developers must make their work accessible to all users. This course, Meeting Web Accessibility Guidelines (Section508/WCAG 2.1), will provide practical examples and code that you can use today to help you reach your accessibility goals. You will first learn the differences between Section 508 & WCAG 2.1. This will help you decide which guideline you should use. Next, you will learn real-world code patterns/techniques, and match them with relevant guidelines. After finishing this course, not only will you be equipped to acquire government/education-related contracts, but you'll be able to make sites that meet established accessibility conformance guidelines and are more usable for everyone.
