Course Description

Many Java developers have had to struggle with building web applications due to the complexity of their software requirements. This has led to a large and unmanaged framework repository and configurations. Spring Boot 2.x is a feature-rich platform that was built using the Spring 5.x framework. It helps developers solve complex problems with fewer configurations and strong dependency management features.

This course will teach you how to create modules in a Human Resources Information System. Spring Boot 2.x will be used to create your HRIS application. It will also integrate Spring Web MVC and Spring WebFlux, Spring Data and RESTful web services. Spring Security 5.0 will be used to secure your apps, and OAuth 2.x for OpenID connections. Reactive programming will be used with Spring Web Flux and Project Reactor. Finally, you'll deploy your apps and services to popular cloud and container platforms like Spring Cloud Foundry and Docker.

You will be able to implement the core features of Spring Boot 2.0 to create scalable, optimized, and robust enterprise web apps by the end of this course.
