This course covers project planning, communication and stakeholder engagement.

Gantts are visual representations of tasks over time . They allow for efficient project tracking and scheduling from implementation through completion.

This course will teach you how to create project plans. Learn why planning is important, how to estimate activities' duration, network diagrams, and how to make a Gantt chart.

Engaging with stakeholders is crucial to maintaining a plan. You will discover how to engage with them and explore the various areas of stakeholder management – from identification and creating communication plans to the power interest grid. This method is used to classify stakeholders based upon their influence, power, and interest in a particular project.

We'll discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the power-interest matrix when it comes to identifying stakeholders and communicating your business.
