Course Description

Learn quantum computing, quantum cryptography and quantum physics using Microsoft Q# and IBM Quantum Experience.

About This Video

  • Deep dive into quantum cryptography concepts
  • Learn how to deal with complex numbers, probability and linear algebra. Also learn about logic used in quantum computing.
  • IBM Quantum Experience allows you to run quantum programs on a quantum computer.

A 64-bit quantum computer can process 36 million bytes of information per step of computation, as opposed to the 8 bytes that a regular home computer can process in each stage of computation. Quantum computing is the next generation of the software industry, and it's exponentially faster than the classical computers. Quantum computing is the next wave of the software industry. Companies such as Microsoft, Intel, IBM and IBM are investing billions in quantum computers. This course teaches you how to solve complex computational problems and introduces you to quantum computing.

The course begins by explaining quantum computing and how it differs from classical computing. Next, you will be able to understand quantum cryptography concepts like photon polarization and no-cloning theory, encoding, encryption concepts, and secure protocol. You will then dive into fundamental quantum physics topics and learn the mathematical tools required to analyze quantum systems. You will also learn how to use IBM Quantum Experience and Microsoft Q# to program quantum systems and develop software.

You will be able to use quantum cryptography and software to solve real-world computing issues by the end of the course.
