Course Description

We move from the spoken word into precise writing in Requirements Goal Development & Language Analysis. Writing goals is the first step. This will cover goals that are used in requirements engineering. We'll also discuss how to write use cases based on what we have learned. You can have use cases in both written and diagram form. Next, the bad guys enter: misuse and abuse cases are discussed to determine how we can address them in a Requirements environment. There will be many questions when gathering requirements. This often leads to more interviews or group sessions. We will discuss how to manage group meetings, deal with inconsistency and handle conflict between stakeholders.
