This course will give you an overview of inbound and help you create a winning inbound strategy. Why inbound? Inbound is fundamentally changing the way you do your business. Inbound is not about interrupting customers and allowing the salesperson to control the message. Instead, it's about giving potential customers the tools they need. The buying habits of consumers have changed, and they will continue to evolve. This is the driving force behind inbound. Your customers' needs today are different from what they had 10 years ago. This means that you must change how you market, sell, or service in order to meet the needs of your customers. What can you expect from this course? The course begins with an introduction to inbound basics. It then moves on to a series of lessons that follow the inbound methodology. Inbound marketing demonstrates the four steps that create an inbound company. It covers all aspects of inbound marketing, sales and services as well as the relationship process. These stages are Attract Convert Close and Delight. Each lesson teaches you different strategies that can be used to grow your business.
