Course Description

Welcome to Course 5: Strategic Sales Management Final Project.

This course will help you develop your final project in the specialization. It is an application of all the concepts, models and frameworks that were covered in the previous four courses. The business case is a reference point for your analysis of strategy, marketing, sales integration. This case was adapted from real-life experiences. After completing these analyses, follow the project instructions to apply the concepts. Next, move on to the sales planning processes that support the creation of sales guidelines. This will help you later in the sales planning process. This course focuses on mastering concepts and applying them to create sales guides. It is based upon a structured analysis of the business case. Sales guidelines are the foundation of a sales strategy. They also link the sales planning process and the strategy. Although the sales plan structure is not a sales plan in detail, it will help you to create your sales plan later. The peer review process will take place on the project. Instructions for developing it include the guidelines to create the review.
