Course Description

This course is offered without facilitation.

How does your food get to your plate? Are you able to trust the food you eat? This online course will help you to understand the global food supply system.

The challenges and responsibilities faced by different individuals in the food system will be explored, as well as the role of consumers. You'll examine the information that consumers have access to regarding food safety, nutrition, quality, sustainability, production methods, and how this affects consumer trust. The course will teach you more about the origins of your food and how you can improve the supply chain.
