Course Description

UX designers must use creativity and innovation to understand the user's needs and to visualize solutions. This course will examine the relationships between strategy, creativity, and innovation. These concepts will be taught at every stage of UX Design. Global factors have led to UX designers around the globe increasingly working remotely. You will learn how tools and resources can be used to facilitate effective UX Design. This course will examine individual and team mindsets and behaviors and the various types of innovation.

The course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to apply key strategies to promote creativity in real-world workplace situations. This course will provide insight into the stages of strategy development, implementation, and how they are implemented. Additionally, you will learn best practices to avoid IP and copyright violations. After you have mastered the fundamental elements of design strategy, innovation, you can then consider how these principles can be applied to remote work. This course will cover the various types of remote UX design work as well as the common issues that remote work presents. You will also critically assess the effectiveness of remote work tools and resources and identify potential opportunities to exploit these uncertain working situations. This course will help you to use your knowledge of creativity, innovation, and strategy to unlock new possibilities in UX design.
