Course Description

This course will teach learners how to recognize the scientific evidence supporting human-caused climate changes. We will discuss how greenhouse gases cause the Earth's temperature to rise and what human-caused causes it to have risen in recent years. We will also discuss the future climate, including projected temperature, precipitation and sea level. The consequences of these changes will be discussed by learners. We will also examine how political beliefs affect our attitudes towards climate change and use that knowledge to help us become better climate communicators.
