To help you evaluate your courses, you will need to understand the core principles of Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model. This is a well-known model that analyzes the results of education and training programs.

You'll learn how to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to select the best ones to monitor your training department's performance.

This course will teach you how to assess the success of your entire training department and help you to effectively present the value of your programs.
