Course Description

This tutorial will show you how to create a mouth chart in Illustrator. This chart will show visemes for 10 phonemes. First, we'll create the resting place for our character. We will use multiple layers to make it easier to identify specific areas of our characters. This will also make it easier to import into animation software. Next, we will illustrate the sounds of our mouth chart EEE and AAH. After creating illustrations for each phoneme we will create artboards. Our artboards make it easier to assemble our drawings in other software programs. This Illustrator tutorial will teach you how to create phonemes that can be used for your characters. Software required: Illustrator CC 2015.
