Course Description

Developers often say "It works on my machine" when their code fails in production. Docker is the industry standard for packaging application code and dependencies into one unit. This solves this problem. This course "Developing React.js Apps in Docker" will teach you how to dockerize React applications and the steps required to debug, develop and deploy them in production. You'll first learn about the components of a dockerfile. Next, you will learn how to create and run a docker container. Next, you'll learn how to deploy multiple containers and set up networking between them with docker compose. You will also learn how to troubleshoot the container's application and prepare it for production. After completing this course, you will have the knowledge and skills to develop a react application in Docker. This will allow you to create an independent, highly mobile microservice component that is portable and agile.
