Hello Students!
This class will help you get into the amazing world of digital art. I will show you how to use some of the most popular drawing programs and devices. This will give you a better understanding about what to expect when you make the leap into digital art.
Once you have a good understanding of the basics, you can start to create art projects that will help you improve your skills. Clip Studio Paint, Sketchbook Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Procreate are the tools I will be using throughout this class. You can use any art program you like. This is to demonstrate that all of them have similar functions and can be used together. You will also learn which effects and tools are specific to each program, but they won't be used to create the project files.
I will also demonstrate these drawing devices: The Wacom Cintiq 22HD Medium Tablet, The Wacom Cintiq 4 Medium Tablet, and the iPad Pro 12.9 128gig. You will learn about the strengths and weaknesses of each, as well as how I use them daily to create my artwork.
