Course Description

Participants will learn how Chinese consumers, entrepreneurs, and employees think and behave. They will also be able generate business and consumer insights to help them do business in China. Participants will learn how to use this knowledge in China by using well-designed business cases. Participants will be able identify opportunities and challenges in China's socio-political and economic environments. They can also leverage their business and consumer insights to create and implement culturally informed strategic planning.
