This course, Execution using macro_pack, will show you one of the most powerful tools for malicious file masking: the macro_pack. You will first learn about malicious file masquerading, and a brief overview of macro_pack. Next, we will show you how to hide the Metasploit Meterpreter Payload in a Microsoft Word document. You will also learn how to use the macro_pack to create a file dropper that can be used for malware distribution via suspicious Microsoft Excel spreadsheets hosted on remote servers. This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to use the macro_pack tool for masking malicious payloads in Microsoft Office files.
