Course Description

Cloth-like movement gives games and simulations a whole new level of realism. Cloth is often computationally costly and difficult to set up, but the results are well worth the effort. Unity's basic cloth system is very easy to use and produces excellent results for character clothing, flags and banners, and any other design that a designer might have in mind. This project-based course will teach you how to use Unity's cloth system for creating a banner, flag, and dynamically moving clothing. You will learn how to modify the cloth's properties to make different fabrics, and how to apply wind effects to create natural movement even in stationary objects. This guided project will introduce the following Unity concepts to you: -Cloth, -Capsule, and Sphere Colliders
