Welcome to our After Effects How to Animate Your Photos with Photoshop & After Effects class

Your instructor Will Bartlett will show you how to take a regular photo and set it up using Photoshop CC. After that, we can import it into After Effects to create animating parallax videos.

Learn how to:

• Analyze a photo to understand how to create a parallax effect
• Photoshop CC allows you to split an image into layers.
• To create a seamless background, fill in the selected area
• After Effects can import your Photoshop project.
• Adobe Dynamic Link can be used to make changes to the Photoshop document once it's been in After Effects
• To bring an image to life, create animation keyframes.
• To make the video more interesting, add keyframes to the final clip.
• Export a final video at 1080p resolution

You'll find the same image that we used in the course in the class project. You can download it and follow the instructions! It will help you to retain the information necessary to perform the parallax technique.
