Course Description

Lab Details:

This lab will walk you through the GCP cloud storage bucket.

Access permissions for all objects on the internet

Attaching a bucket to the backend creates an HTTP(s), Load Balancer.

Cloud CDN enabled for objects in the bucket

Duration: 45 minutes.

Enabling Cloud CDN in GCP:

Cloud CDN can easily be enabled by checking a box during the setup of the origins or backends.

Cloud CDN makes it easy to serve web and media content via Google Cloud Storage.

This can be done by uploading your content to a bucket, setting up a loadbalancer, and enabling caching for this bucket.

The TTL (Time to Live) is the limit on the object's lifetime in the cache.
