Boston Consulting Group's global pricing specialists and University of Virginia Darden School of Business faculty will share their frameworks, tips, and tools that we use in our business, and research environments. To help you understand the strategic power and importance of pricing, we will use BCG's three lenses (cost, economics, competition) to examine pricing.
