Prism 7 Problems & Solutions: Mastering TabControl

This course will be focused on the TabControl as a region for Prism. We will address common problems such as data binding to TabItem headers and how TabItems can be controlled. We'll show you how to extend functionality of a TabItem, without inheritance or custom controls. This will allow you to close the TabItem from the UI button in the TabItem head. Advanced navigation scenarios will be demonstrated using TabControl as a region. This course will also demonstrate how to extend Prism to support scoped regions within the navigation framework.
