The capstone project will allow you to apply the knowledge gained from the Specialization. You will use either a case study or one of the key planning deliverables discussed in the courses to create your capstone. The capstone project will start with the creation of a part of the project charter. This information will be used to create your project's scope and budget. Finally, you will need to respond to the risks identified by you. You will need to apply what you learned in previous courses, and then do your own research to determine the best way to move forward with the capstone. Your classmates will peer review your work.
