Course Description

How can you manage your projects and teams remotely? According to Trello's home page, they allow teams to work together more effectively and accomplish more. Trello's cards, lists, boards and cards allow teams to plan and prioritize projects in a fun and flexible way that is both flexible and rewarding. Iterative is a buzzword in today's business world. Many people want to learn more about how to be agile. Kanbans were created in Japan to help with scheduling and lean manufacturing. Kanban was developed by an industrial engineer at Toyota to increase manufacturing efficiency. However, many other software companies have also taken the idea and made it their own. You can learn more about Kanbans using a Trello board as a visual system to manage work through a process. You will be able to use the Trello Board you created during this project for organizing your work and home projects.
