The Assistant Quantity Surveyor is responsible for providing support to the Quantity Surveyor in all aspects of cost management on construction projects. They will assist with the preparation of estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts, as well as the measurement and valuation of variations to the contract. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting, analysis, and cost control measures. They will assist in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, as well as the negotiation and administration of contracts. Additionally, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will help in the preparation of tender documents, including bill of quantities and contract conditions, and assist with tender evaluation and analysis.
