Course Description

Despite technological advances and companies wanting to be green, having a hard copy is still necessary. This applies to any document that needs to be turned in, signature documents, agendas for meetings, file archiving, and homework. A file can be printed or converted into PDF format so it can be distributed. This course, Configuring & Managing Printing on Mac, will teach you how to add printers and network printers and scan them. You'll first learn how to share and install local printers. Next, we'll discuss the settings for print jobs and the scanner section of printers. You'll also learn how to reset your printer to factory settings. This course will give you a general understanding of how to troubleshoot and manage the OS X/macOS printing environment.
