Course Description

Machine Learning for Accounting in Python is a course that introduces machine-learning algorithms (models) and their application to accounting problems. This course covers classifications, regression, clustering, as well as text and time series analysis. This course also includes model evaluation and optimization. This course teaches students how to use machine-learning models in Python to solve various problems.

To learn Accounting Data Analytics, this course requires Python. The course is the same platform (Jupyter Notebook) as the prerequisite course. Accounting Data Analytics with Python includes data comprehension and preparation. However, this course also covers modeling and evaluation. Students will be able to complete the data analytics process using Python after completing these courses.
