Spline Modelling Fundamentals in CINEMA4D - Everything that you need to know about CINEMA4D spline modeling
This class will teach you how to use the CINEMA 4D spline tools and functions to create spline models. This class will first introduce you to the splines primitives. Next, it will show you how to use spline creation tools like the Spline Smooth, Spline Arch and Sketch tools. Then, class jumps right into teaching you how to create 3D objects using splines, extrusion, sweeping, and lathing, and how to work with the other spline functions/tools/commands available in Mesh menu.
You will be able to practice your skills through 5 hands-on exercises. You will also be challenged with four practical tasks that will help you assess the knowledge you have gained in class.
After you complete this class, you will be able to understand the tools and techniques you can use to create 3D models using Splines. You can follow along with me through the lessons by downloading the working files.
You can keep checking back for more content.
Note: You will need CINEMA 4D Studio R19 on your system if you want to follow along. This class can be used with CINEMA 4D Studio R18.
