This Skillshare class will take you behind-the scenes of three real client projects, from the initial email to the final delivery. This class is different from my previous classes, which I focused on a specific skill or tool set. Instead, it focuses on the process of working alongside clients to complete a project. However, I will talk about the tools that I use along the way. I'll cover a variety of projects.

It's one thing to be able to do the work on a project. But it's another to learn how to manage it. This is your chance to shadow a designer (me!) You can do it all right from your computer. We'll be discussing:
- Negotiating quotes
- Contracts
- Clients deserve an apology
- Skeletons/rough designs
- Revisions and presentation
- Decisions about fonts, colors, and layouts should be based on their function, not aesthetics.
- Balance decision making and letting your client take the lead
- Flexibility for different client types
- File management
