The Central Computing Facility (CCF) of SVEC Tirupati has a large computing resource that meets the computing needs of the staff, students, and faculty. CCF provides a high-speed LAN connection with 1 Gbps to each end-user for over 2500 systems on campus. In a centralised server room, CCF maintains 20 servers with various functionalities, as well as Dell SAN and NAS devices. Through a Fibre Optic backbone, the server room has a 10Gig LAN connection to every department and lab on campus. CCF has a power backup system that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
