Trinity College was founded in Hartford, Connecticut in 1823. It is an independent liberal arts college that accepts students from all 50 states and over 2,200 international students. It houses the eighth oldest chapter of Phi Beta Kappa USA. Alumni and faculty include Pulitzer Prize, MacArthur award, Guggenheims and Rockefellers recipients, as well as other national academic awards. Trinity students have meaningful leadership and academic experience at all levels. They can be found on Hartford's famous campus and in other communities around the globe.
