Process improvement engineers are in charge of identifying and developing procedural changes for their organization using engineering techniques. They perform functions relating to production design, manufacturing, and construction, and one of their main responsibilities includes collaborating with other engineers to find quality and efficiency issues during the production process. Process improvement engineers also participate in meetings to make recommendations on changes to improve efficiency and quality.
