Quality control associates will work as a team to analyze products and services that have been completed by operations associates. High school diplomas plus two years experience in quality control are the minimum requirements. Bachelor's degrees are desirable but are not required as long as candidates have related experience. The candidates must be team players. Communications skills and attention to detail are required. The jobs may require quality control associates to work overtime.

The quality control associates will report to quality control team leaders. Quality control associates must maintain a database on defects, analyze the causes, and generate reports related to the findings. Quality control associates will be required to attend various meeting with operations and sales departments. Recommendations to minimize defects are highly encouraged at any time. Quality assurance associates must be able to work with minimal supervision. Accurate records of technical data must be recorded, maintained, and kept confidential.

The quality control associates will continuously communicate with operations associates regarding products quality and defects in person and via email, phone, and internal chat media. They are required to respond to operations associates' questions regarding defect findings in a timely manner. There will be no direct contact with external customers. Chosen candidates will be required to attend trainings that will be conducted by the education and training department in cooperation with senior staff of the operation and quality control department. The typical hours are standard daytime office hours with occasional overtime. There are no travel requirements for these positions.
