Animation Fundamentals: Rigging a Cycling Character in Cinema 4D

Hellooo! Today we will rig a bike using Cinema 4D. We rigged a complete character in the last class. In this class, we'll put that character on a bike for some cycling animation.

This class is a continuation of my last class,'How you rig your first character using Cinema 4D'. I recommend that you do this class first. However, if you are here to get your bike ready for animation, everything is included in the materials.

We will be covering:

• Set up Basic Bicycle Controls, arrange your bike model for spinning and steering control.
• Next, we'll do a brief introduction to Xpresso and Mograph Cloners. This will allow us to set up an automatic bike chain rig that is very satisfying. The main cog is turned and everything else follows its own path.
• Finally, we'll be taking the character rig from the previous class and attaching it to our bike ready for riding.
