Course Description

The Central Dogma of Molecular Biology will be introduced and we'll discuss how next-generation sequencing can help to measure DNA, RNA and epigenetic patterns. A brief introduction to computing and data science will be provided to help you understand how next-generation sequencing data is generated and analyzed.
