RF and millimeter-Wave Circuit Design

The unique master-level course is offered by Center for Wireless Technology Eindhoven, The Netherlands. It provides in-depth knowledge as well as hands-on experience with RF circuit design. The course is split into two sections: 1) theoretical lectures cover the foundation of RF circuit design; 2) labs include simulations and implementations of these circuits.

Although the design labs can be done without requiring a certificate, they are highly recommended. They allow students to apply all their theoretical knowledge and, of course, implement the circuits. Students will be able do 70% of their design labs with simulation tools. This already provides a wonderful learning experience. Students will need to have access to an electronic lab, or purchase some off-the-shelf parts for the remaining 30%. This would let students design their transceivers at home.

This course includes video lectures with questions, examples and quizzes. It also contains a complete set of simulation files and step-by-step procedure data. There are even solution videos to help students learn and create better circuits.
