Stepping Up: Preparing Yourself for Leadership

In this course, you will look at how you can effectively manage stakeholders and industry/organisational politics, whilst successfully mobilising people. This course will teach you:
- Learn how to build momentum across sectors, countries and organisations.
- Learn how to align your mission and the organization's purpose, and manage politics to influence the organization.
- Learn how to lead in complex/matrix structures and how to make them real.

This course is for leaders and managers with five to six years of experience who want to learn how to manage clients, customers, and teams more frequently. While they may have had a professional or technical career in the beginning, many of them will be starting to deal with issues related to team and organizational leadership as they progress in their careers.
