Introduction

What is the Azure Key Vault?

Azure Key Vault allows users to store and retrieve sensitive information instantly in a secure manner.

The cloud service serves as a central repository for all secured information that users can access using certain permissions.

Secure information can take the form of certificates, passwords, API keys, or certificates.

Azure Key Vault's uptime is at least 99.9%

Azure Key Vault makes it easy to automate SSL/TLS certificate tasks.

Through Key vault, certificates can be automatically renewed by supported public certificate authorities.
