Course Description

What is the key to a great user experience design? How do you design user experiences that are enjoyable, easy to use, and useful? This course will help you understand the fundamentals of experience design as well as how to evaluate your work with people who are involved in it. The fundamentals of design research will be taught to you so that you can understand people and their behaviours. You'll be able to use the assignments to learn how to make sense of what you see, and turn your observations into actionable insights that can lead you to unique design opportunities. Learn how to create ideas to address the identified opportunities and methods to make your ideas real. You'll be closer to making your ideas a reality by answering specific questions and refining the concepts you have. To illustrate how these methods can be applied across multiple domains, we will use case studies from various industries, including finance, health, education, transport, finance, and other areas.
