Universitat Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona

The Pompeu Fabra University, a public university in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain is located. In 1990, the Autonomous Government of Catalonia established the university. It was named after Pompeu Fabra who was a Catalan engineer and grammarian, and was the main author of the normative reform of modern Catalan. UPF was ranked 10th in the world and the best university of Spain by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings in 2021.
