An assistant service manager provides leadership for a group of people for any company that provides service to customers. The goal of the assistant manager is to ensure the best-possible service is being provided to customers and employees are adhering to all laws and company policies.Whenever there are complaints from customers, the assistant service manager should be able to solve problems effectively and find adequate solutions which satisfy customers.
